GTA Minibreaks Booking Conditions

Booking Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of £25 per person is required to secure your booking (unless otherwise stated). Client monies are secured with NatWest Trust Fund Account. Phone 01903 765695 to check availability before sending any payment.

If you do not have valid travel insurance, you are strongly advised to take out cover for your holiday with us.

If you cancel your holiday, the following charges apply:

  • Deposit:     43 days before departure
  • 30%:         29-42 days before departure
  • 50%:         9-28 days before departure
  • 100%:       Less than 9 days before departure

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the published details on this website are correct, we reserve the right to amend or correct any details so published, but will make every endeavour to maintain the itinerary and other items as published.

GTA Minibreaks reserve the right to cancel any minibreak or day-trip should there be insufficient bookings, or for any other reason we feel to be justified. No holiday will be cancelled after final payments have been made other than for reasons totally beyond our control.

Arrangements made with other coach operators, hotels and any other suppliers are made on the understanding that GTA act only as agents for these contractors, and cannot be held responsible for their failure to supply items as shown.

We endeavour to pick you up within a reasonable distance of your home address, but this cannot be guaranteed. Confirmation of pick-up points and times will be posted to you at least seven days before departure.
